Mrs. Halima Ismail Radam, one of the member stuff at the Department of English Language at the Faculty of Basic Education, took part in the quality assurance program in accordance with the ISO 9001: 2015 standards, which was held in the Arab Republic of Egypt for the period from 7 to 11 July 2018, organized by the Arab Organization for Training, Consultancy and Control which affiliated to the League of Arab States and sponsored by one of the French universities
